May 5, 8:14pm: It's been awhile since I've posted any of my personal work, and I apologize, but StumbleUpon is to blame, only in a good way... For me the wonderful thing about StumbleUpon is the extreme variety of work it's exposed me to in such a short time. That and even writing these little artist reviews has really broadened my knowledge of other artists and further familiarized myself with their work. All in all, it put me in a very introspective period of analyzing my own photography and the look and feeling I want to achieve with it... anyways, here is just a taste of whats to come ;-)

Artist Notes: Hands-down, my absolute favorite photographer! Jim captured a vast number of the most iconic rock images ever made. From Janis to the Doors, Hendrix to the Stones he has shot them all. And with over 500 album covers, I would guess that you've probably seen his work whether you knew it or not.
Website Notes: This is the only semi-official site I could find for Jim, and is really just a collection of his work that is for sale from Wolfgang's Vault (aka legendary concert promoter Bill Graham's collection). To really understand how extraordinary his photography is pick up a copy of his book "Proof" or wait till November when his next book comes out, "Trust."
